All products undergo thorough inspection before shipping. We apologize deeply for any overlooked defects, wrong items sent, or mismatched sizes.


Product Viewing Period


Excluding perishable goods, custom products, current newspapers, periodicals, opened audio/video products or software, game point cards, other point cards, and opened personal hygiene items which are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period per the "Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Distance Transactions," you have a 7-day viewing period (including holidays) from the time the product arrives.

Intimate apparel (Bra tops, Leggings, all items with padding, all pants with lining) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Return/Exchange Process


  1. Within seven days of receiving the product, [message us on official Instagram] to request a return/exchange.
  2. Provide: ① Order number, ② Product style/color/size, ③ Description of defect, ④ Photos of the received product for verification.
  3. After confirming with the relevant department, we will respond with the next steps. Please check your messages.
  4. Once confirmed, we will assist you promptly.


Return/Exchange Policy


  • To avoid disputes, we recommend recording a video when opening the package. The video should clearly show the unboxing process.

  • For full returns, all promotional gifts must be returned. (Failure to return gifts will result in a charge equivalent to the market value of the gifts.)

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • For non-defective returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

  • If the desired size is out of stock for non-defective exchanges, pre-ordering may be necessary.


Refund Policy


  • Refunds will only be issued for the actual amount paid for the product. Shipping fees and discounts will not be refunded.
  • The refund process will begin once your return package is received by HYGGE HUG.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.


Credit Card Payments:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
  • The system will process the refund within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). The refund will appear on the original credit card account according to the billing cycle of the issuing bank.
  • Refund status can be checked with the bank 5-7 days after processing.
  • Please monitor your current or next billing statement.


Non-Credit Card Payments:

  • For non-credit card payments (ATM, convenience store code, LINE PAY), refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
  • Please provide accurate bank information when requesting a refund from customer service to ensure smooth processing.
  • Refund processing time is 7-30 business days (excluding holidays).


Combined Purchase Discount Refunds


For orders with combined purchase discounts, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

Order details:

  • Product A (1 item): Single price: 100 NT$
  • Product B (1 item): Single price: 100 NT$
  • Combined purchase price for A and B: 150 NT$
  • Purchase amount: 150 NT$

If returning Product B, the combined discount no longer applies. Therefore, Product A will be charged at its original price, and the refund for Product B will be: 150 - 100 = 50 NT$.

For orders with multiple sets of discounted products, partial returns will void the combined discount, and retained products will be charged at original prices, with the refund adjusted accordingly.

Example: If you purchase Set A (second item at 75% off) and Set B (second item at 75% off), you cannot combine items from Set A and Set B for a discounted return.


Non-Defective Conditions


The following conditions are not considered defects:

  • Minor fraying
  • Small stains
  • Dye odor
  • Small loose threads or minor dots
  • 1-3 cm measurement error
  • Wrinkles from shipping

Personal preferences or subjective reasons are not grounds for returns.


Non-Acceptable Return Conditions


  • If trying on items while wearing makeup, please be careful. Returns/exchanges are not accepted if makeup stains are present.
  • Items that have been worn for an extended period, show signs of use, or are stained.
  • Items with noticeable perfume or smoke odors.
  • Items that have been washed.
  • Items that have been altered.
  • Items missing accessories or tags.
  • Returns must include the original zipper bag.
  • Return/exchange requests made after the 7-day viewing period.
  • Intimate apparel (personal hygiene items) cannot be returned or exchanged.
